While Ordering

Add items

Browse our catalog or use the search bar to find your part. Click on the product, and once on the product page, click “Add to Cart.” You can review and adjust quantities in your cart before checking out.

Tracking Order

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and navigating to “My Orders.”

If you experience issues while ordering, try refreshing the page or using a different browser. For further assistance, contact our support team via chat or email.

After Ordering

Cancel order

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. To cancel, log into your account, go to “My Orders.” select the order, and click “Cancel.” If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return.

Refunds

Refunds can be requested within 30 days of delivery for most items. Log into your account, go to “My Orders.” and select the item to begin the return process. Make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Billing question

We guarantee that you will never be charged more than the amount agreed upon when you place your order, and we will process any refunds as quickly as possible.
