Processing Time

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Priority Shipping (1-2 business day): $25

Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays).

Shipping Locations

AZParts currently ships to all addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, but please note that delivery to these locations may take longer than standard shipping times.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the carrier's tracking system provided in the email.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

AZParts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once the carrier has possession of the package, the responsibility for delivery transfers to them. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary.

Lost Package: If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for further assistance.

Damaged Package: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within [48 hours] of receiving your order to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods until the issue is resolved.

International Shipping

At this time, AZParts does not ship internationally. We ship only within the United States and its territories.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are unable to make changes to your shipping address once the order has been processed. If an address change is necessary, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.
