How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at support@azparts.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

We may request photos or videos of the defective product to help process your claim.

If your claim is approved, we will either replace the defective part or provide a refund.

Warranty Process
