Return Policy
At AZParts, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return eligible items under the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
The item must be in its original condition: unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all components included.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@azparts.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Pack the item securely, including the original receipt or proof of purchase, and ship it to the return address provided by our customer service team.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days back to your original method of payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different part or size, please contact us to arrange an exchange. We will process the exchange once the original item is returned and inspected.

Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds for purchases made with a credit card will be credited to the same card used during the transaction.
If the payment was made via PayPal or another payment method, the refund will be issued back to that account.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted, such as:
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Returns requested after the 30-day return period.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:
Gift cards
Downloadable software or digital products
Final sale or clearance items
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame:
Check your bank or PayPal account again.
Contact your credit card company or bank; processing times may vary.
