Installation Tips

• Ensure the propane tank valve is fully closed before beginning installation.
• Apply the included thread seal tape to the 1/4-inch Male NPT threads before connecting to the regulator.
• Do not use thread seal tape on the QCC1 tank connection fitting as it seals via an internal gasket.
• Hand-tighten the QCC1 nut onto the propane tank, then tighten slightly with a wrench if necessary. Do not overtighten.
• After installation, open the tank valve and check all connections for leaks using a soapy water solution before use.
