Description

9-pack D10 Pool Cleaner Feed Hose Float

Key Features

  • Includes nine (9) feed hose floats.
  • Constructed from durable, chemical-resistant foam material.
  • Maintains hose buoyancy for unrestricted cleaner movement.
  • Prevents the feed hose from sinking, kinking, or tangling.
  • Ensures optimal cleaner orientation and pool coverage.

Replaces / Cross-Reference Part Numbers

  • D10
  • Zodiac D10

Compatibility & Fitment

  • Fits Polaris pressure-side automatic pool cleaner models:
  • Suitable for use in both in-ground and above-ground swimming pools.

When to Replace

  • Existing floats are cracked, brittle, or have started to disintegrate.
  • Floats are waterlogged and no longer keep the hose buoyant.
  • The feed hose frequently sinks to the pool floor, impeding the cleaner.
  • Hose tangling or kinking restricts the cleaner's operational range.

Installation Tips

  • Ensure the pool booster pump is turned off before starting.
  • Remove all old floats from the feed hose.
  • Slide new floats onto the hose, distributing them evenly along its length.
  • Typical spacing is approximately one float for every 3 to 4 feet of hose.
  • Place the last float near the connection point at the cleaner body to provide lift.
