When to Replace

  • Visible cracks, wear, or damage to the existing valve.
  • Water continuously sprays or leaks from the valve during operation.
  • Pool cleaner moves too fast or too slow, indicating improper pressure regulation.

Installation Tips

  • Turn off the pool booster pump before starting the replacement.
  • The valve attaches to the universal wall fitting (UWF) where the cleaner hose connects.
  • Unscrew the old valve and thread the new one on by hand.
  • Ensure a secure, hand-tight fit to prevent leaks. Do not overtighten.
  • Restart the pump and check the connection for leaks.
