Compatibility & Fitment

• Fits Pentair IntelliFlo, WhisperFlo (new style), Challenger, Pinnacle, SuperFlo, SuperMax, and OptiFlo series pool and spa pumps.
• Also compatible with select Pentair EQ series pumps.

When to Replace

• If water is leaking from the pump lid area.
• When the existing o-ring is visibly cracked, brittle, flattened, or stretched.
• During routine seasonal maintenance to prevent future leaks.
• If a proper seal cannot be achieved after cleaning the pump basket.

Installation Tips

• Disconnect all power to the pump at the circuit breaker before servicing.
• Remove the old o-ring and clean any debris from the o-ring groove and lid threads.
• Apply a compatible silicone-based lubricant to the new o-ring to extend its life and ensure a proper seal.
• Seat the new o-ring securely in the groove, ensuring it is not twisted.
• Hand-tighten the lid; do not use tools which can cause damage.
