When to Replace

• Use this kit when converting a compatible Weber grill from natural gas service to propane.
• Replace a conversion hose assembly when the hose, regulator, or fittings show damage, cracking, corrosion, or suspected leakage.
• Select the orifice size that matches the grill's required BTU output. Incorrect orifice selection can affect burner performance.

Installation Tips

• Confirm the grill model, fuel type, connection size, thread type, and BTU requirement before beginning work.
• Use the included wrench and gas-rated PTFE tape where appropriate for the threaded connections. Do not use tape on flare-sealing surfaces.
• Install the correct LP orifices for the grill's BTU output and connect the QCC1/Type 1 fitting to the propane tank.
• Keep the hose routed without sharp bends or contact with hot surfaces. The 90-degree regulator design helps position the tank connection.
• After installation, apply soapy water to the connections and check for bubbles. Do not operate the grill if a leak is present.
• Follow the included instruction manuals and applicable gas-safety requirements during installation.
