192980GS 90 Degree Fuel Shut Off Valve

When to Replace

Installation Tips

  • Drain the fuel tank completely before beginning installation
  • Remove the old valve and grommet, then clean the tank opening area
  • Install the new grommet first, ensuring it is fully seated in the tank hole
  • Lubricate the valve inlet stem with a small amount of oil for easier insertion into the grommet
  • After installation, fill the tank with a small amount of fuel to check for leaks before starting the engine
