When to Replace

Installation Tips

  • Always disconnect the spark plug wire before performing maintenance.
  • Align the hole in the auger shaft with the hole in the auger assembly.
  • Insert the shear pin through the aligned holes.
  • Secure the pin with the provided lock nut; do not overtighten.
  • Never substitute with a standard bolt, as this may cause catastrophic gearbox failure.
