Description

D20 Pool Cleaner Hose Swivel & D15 Hose Nut Kit

Key Features

  • Connects two feed hose sections for automatic pool cleaners.
  • Ball bearing swivel mechanism allows for free, unrestricted 360-degree rotation.
  • Designed to prevent hose tangling and kinking during cleaner operation.
  • Constructed from durable, UV-resistant polymer for longevity in pool environments.
  • Each hose connection requires two D15 nuts and one D20 swivel.

Replaces / Cross-Reference Part Numbers

  • Hose Swivel: D20, D-20
  • Hose Nut: D15, D-15

Compatibility & Fitment

  • Fits Zodiac Polaris pool cleaner models: 180, 280, 380, 480 PRO, 3900 Sport.
  • Compatible with Zodiac Polaris feed hoses that use the D20 swivel and D15 nut connection system.

When to Replace

  • Water is leaking from hose connection points.
  • Hose movement is stiff, causing the cleaner to get stuck in patterns.
  • The cleaner's hose becomes tangled or coiled during operation.
  • Visible cracks, wear, or material degradation on existing nuts or swivels.

Installation Tips

  • Turn off the pool booster pump before installation.
  • Unscrew the old D15 nuts to remove the worn D20 swivel.
  • Slide one new D15 nut onto the end of each hose section you are connecting.
  • Insert both ends of the D20 swivel into the hose ends.
  • Thread the D15 nuts onto the swivel and hand-tighten until secure. Do not over-tighten.
  • After installation, turn the pump on and check all connections for leaks.
