  • Internal Mechanism: G53

Compatibility & Fitment

  • Fits Polaris pressure-side pool cleaner models: 180, 280, 380, 480, 280 TankTrax, and 3900 Sport.
  • Designed for use with the feed hose on compatible pool cleaners.

When to Replace

  • The pool cleaner gets stuck in corners, on steps, or against other obstacles.
  • Water is constantly leaking from the valve's jet or seams.
  • The backup jet fails to activate at regular intervals (typically every 3-5 minutes).
  • Visible cracks, wear, or damage are present on the valve housing.

Installation Tips

  • Turn off the pool booster pump before starting the installation.
  • Note the orientation and water flow direction of the old valve before removal.
  • Ensure hose connections are secure to prevent leaks after installation.
  • Check the filter screen inside the hose connector for debris and clean if necessary.
