Compatibility & Fitment

When to Replace

  • Outdoor condenser unit fails to start when the thermostat calls for cooling.
  • A loud, continuous buzzing or humming noise from the outdoor unit.
  • Visible damage to the contactor, including burnt terminals, pitting on contacts, or melted casing.
  • The contactor plunger is physically stuck in the engaged (pulled-in) or disengaged position.

Installation Tips
